Very easy to work with amazing customer service. If i could give more than 5 star i would have totally done it. I wanted to send Flowers today, and since I live in Canada I totally forgot about the time difference. When I called them it was 3:45pm Pacific time and it was around 6:45 Eastern time, and they were closed long ago. I talked to Gelila on the phone and she was very helpful. I explained her the situation and told her that I am calling from Canada. She told me that she will call the florist (Tsolmon is her name) to see if she is still in the store. Unfortunately she was already left by the time I called them. However, she went back extra mile and reopened the store and made the arrangements, and delivered these beautiful flowers for me. Thank you very much Gelila and Tsolmon! I really appreciate your help. I would totally recommend them to others as well. They are life savers!!

Best florists EVER. I ordered a “designers choice” option and added a comment on what colors I’d like. I also added what it was for. The arrangement was made PERFECTLY! The recipient immediately messaged me saying the flowers were beautiful, fresh, vibrant and she was even a fan of the vase the arrangement came in. Even though I moved a bit farther from falls church, they still delivered it the next day!

Great first experience with Full Bloom! I wanted to send flowers to a friend who lost someone close and requested something tasteful but also with a pop of color. Full Bloom was able to deliver a gorgeous arrangement the next day. Well priced and responsive, so glad I was able to support a great local business! Will definitely use Full Bloom again.

I have ordered two bouquets from Full Bloom Flower Studio and they were unique and stunning! I was a little worried about their website because it was not like a traditional florist site, but I have had two great experiences. Their delivery was prompt and they sent a picture of the arrangement to my email so that I could see what I purchased. My friend who received these said the second arrangement was just as stunning as the first, yet uniquely different. You, and whoever you give flowers to, will be filled with joy when you order from Full Bloom Flower Studio!

Congrats, you found your florist. I had great experience using Full Bloom. The flowers looked amazing and the recipient loved them. Extra praise, there was confusion with the first address provided and the team at Full Bloom drove out to a second address without hesitation. Thank you, Full Bloom team, for the all help!

Oh my goodness, my expectations were greatly exceeded. I ordered a last minute custom “champagne bottle birthday gift” arrangement. Beautiful simply doesn’t do it justice. My friend loved it too. Full Bloom Flower Studio understood the assignment and nailed the extra credit!!

Ordered same day flowers online for my adult child who was a little under the weather. Didn’t have to speak to anyone, just picked out something on the website. They delivered a beautiful flower arrangement just like I hoped! The florist sent me a picture of the arrangement, as well as a delivery confirmation. My son sent me a picture as well, and the arrangement was actually more beautiful than the pic the florist sent! Very pleased with the smooth process. Would definitely order from them again.

Updated review! Full bloom is the only flower shop that has always exceeded expectations. !!! I love you guys and they make the recipients so happy. The flowers always look great and I’m happy I gave them another chance!! ——————————————————————————— Old review I have ordered couple of times from full bloom. They always bring really nice arrangement and they have a pretty good customer service. Only thing is both times my deliveries were late. I was given 20 percent off and my flowers were delivered asap after I had contacted the store. Would give 5 stars, but 2/2 in being late and having to check in to make sure they arrived was a downer. Will update to 5 stars if my next order goes through smoothly! Another year another great bouquet!!!

Wonderful experience working with Gelila & her team. She absolutely made my vision come true for my sister’s baby shower and was willing to work with me for my budget. The quality of flowers were exquisite (I had gotten some extra hydrangeas for other decoration from Trader Joe’s and they simply did not compare). Can’t recommend her enough!
